Marketing Coordinator
SGE Marketing Services Inc, is an affiliate company of Spring-Green Enterprises parent company of two national franchise brands, Pet Butler and Spring Green as well as a portfolio of company owned franchises. SGE Marketing is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator based out of Naperville, IL. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week, along with expectations to work three days a week in the Naperville, IL corporate office.

Annual salary range
$45,500k - $50,000k based on experience.

Position Summary
The marketing coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to provide day-to-day support for the marketing department’s activities, campaigns, and initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Print Procurement & Campaign Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and execution of campaigns including print, digital, and social projects along with updating and tracking progress.
- Assist with the compilation and completion of the Marketing Playbooks.
- Assist the internal and external set up process for new franchise owners joining Spring Green and Pet Butler by ordering materials, setting up campaigns, and updating franchise owner information.
- Assist with the solicitation existing franchise owners for participation in Marketing campaigns by creating enrollment kits.
- Utilize marketing tools to create, monitor and analyze marketing programs. Assist with data analysis projects by compiling reports.
- Assist with updating content on the Spring-Green Enterprises websites.
- Assist with the creation of videos including filming, editing, and distributing content.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials through Adobe programs as needed.
- Assist with the creation and updating of social media content.
- Communicate with franchise owners on reporting, content, surveys, customer inbound inquiries and reviews.
- Follow up with marketing vendors to ensure timelines for deliverables are met.
- Create and execute Marketing campaigns including print, digital and social projects along with updating and tracking progress.
- Assist with content calendars, work with multiple departments to create, edit, post, and share content for consumer and franchise development websites and social channels.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related subject from four-year college or university; one to two years’ experience in marketing preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proprietary web-based applications are also utilized.
